Hi, I am Jeff, and the owner of this NAPA AUTOCARE CENTER

I am a Michigan native, married,and father of 4 children.

I have been working on automobiles since I was a teenager. After spending several years as a Fleet Manager of a national company, I decided that I would better serve the customers of Ft. Myers by providing a location that combines an expert team of technicians, a customer service oriented front line and quick turn around.

Every improvement I make to each of our locations is to increase the customer service level. As part of the NAPA AUTOCARE COUNCIL BOARD, I am able to be part of the inner work that goes on to assure that the high quality that NAPA represents throughout the country is represented locally.

Greg McNeely

Greg is the Parts and Service Director and has been with Napa AutoCare for more than five years.

You will find Greg working every aspect of the store to assure the very best in customer service to each vehicle. From the front counter to the shop, the smooth transitions between the mechanics and the front line are under his direction.

Greg is a Florida native, married, and a father of two boys. He has more than 18 years in the automotive industry as a service advisor and specialist in parts and tires.

He has several ASE certifications including Alignment and Brakes, and Service Consultant. His constant attention to the details of the front line make him a great leader for our team.

Cinde Cormier

Hello, My name is Cinde, I work in the Human Resources department at Napa Auto Care Center

I am a Maine native. I moved to South West Florida in Dec of 08. In Maine I had many years experience owning and running my own business, as well as Real Estate.

I have a lovely adult daughter Jessica Lee. Shortly after college she moved to San Francisco, she is an athletic trainer and has been very successful in her career out West.

I spend a lot of my time with my BEAUTIFUL Samoyed Dog Angel, and Siamese Lynx cat named Champagne.

I enjoy swimming, racquetball, and many outdoor activities.

I am very happy to be a part of the NAPA team!

Marlin Rott

Hello! My name is Marlin Rott and I am pleased to serve you as the Customer Relations/ Account Manager here at NAPA AutoCareCenter by AJ’s Auto & Fleet Service.

My role allows me the opportunity to meet many of our customers and establish a relationship that is often not possible in auto repair centers in the Fort Myers area.

The father of five – four daughters and one son – I have learned the patience needed to juggle a work schedule, high school and college activities and sports programs, because my children were all born within a year to a year and a half of each other.

Growing up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago I worked several years in downtown Chicago. I have also lived in El Paso, Texas, Wiesbaden, Germany, Iowa City, Iowa, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

During my career, I have been involved in the auto industry at Kwik-Way Industries, Galeana Chrysler, Glass America, and Dixie Buick. Those experiences provided me insight into the importance of customer service and the manner in which vendor/ suppliers’ respond to handling customer concerns.

Dave Quenzer

Hello I am Dave, I am originally from New York.

I have a wonderful wife and 2 beautiful children ages 1 and 2 1/2.

I started in the auto industry as a technician and was lucky to work with a diverse group of people which helped me become well rounded in the auto industry. My drive and desire to succeed helped me achieve ASE master certifications, 100% General Motors Certification. I have held nu more positions, master technician, shop foreman, service manager, technical service manager and service consultant.

Outside of work I spend my free time with my family, shopping with my wife and kids. Carpentry work is a passion of mine which I get great joy out of making things look beautiful!

Eric Jacobs

Hi, my name is Eric Jacobs. I am originally from Springfield Missouri.

I am a veteran of the Air Force. While I was in the military I held a top secret clearance and worked on Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles. On the home-front; My significant other Gina and I have two wonderful children ages 4 and 16.

At Aj’s Auto & Fleet, my position as a Service Writer is to help you get excellent service for your vehicle. My first interest in vehicles started at a very young age when my Dad used to race cars. As an adult I worked at Firestone as a Manager. My personal time; I enjoy playing spending it with my family, as well as modifying cars, fishing, and movies.

Emilio Cabera

Emilio is originally from Cuba and recently received his US citizenship.

He is the man who we count on to take or customers to/from work. Constantly on the move, he also makes sure our Metro site is kept clean and in order.

Mark Waltrop

Hello, My name is Mark, I am originally from Lawrenceville, Georgia.

I periodically go home to Georgia to visit family. I am the also one of the men who will gladly transport our customers to and from work. I am also one of the men that keep our premises clean . My personal time off I enjoy spending time with my friends, fishing, going to the beach, and watching sports; NASCAR.

Carl Baumgardt

Hi I am Carl, I am an ASE Certified Technician and a native of Florida.

I am married with 2 children and have a lovely 2 year old Granddaughter.

I started working in a trany shop at a young age and continued on to get my ASE Certification.

On my time off I enjoy Motorcycle Riding, Working on old Vehicles, and playing video games with my son.

Brandon Lackey

Hi I am Brandon, I am a Mechanic at AJ’S Auto. I am ASE certified in, Steering and Suspension, Electrical and Engine performance as well as Brakes.

I am a native Floridian, although I have lived in Conn as well as New York.

My Father is A Master Technician and my Mother is in the Medical Field. I have wonderful Grandparents and many cousins.

I got started in the Auto Industry from my father, he has always owned a shop so I naturally grew up to love repairing and modifying cars, bikes etc…

Outside of work I like to do work on my car and ride my bike.

Russell Bryant

Hello, I am Russell, I am an Auto Technitian at AJ’S Auto & Fleet. I am originally from Cincinnatti, Ohio. I have recently moved to Florida and am enjoying the warm sunny weather.

I am married and have three children… ages, eight, four and a little one year old baby. My interest in the automotive industry started when I was young.  My father  owned a used car dealership which sparked my interest in vehicles.

Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors with my family, working on my home, drag racing and definitely FISHING!

Darron McCall

Darron is a member of our Lead Diagnostic Team. This Alabama native comes to us with 25+ years of Automotive Expertise.

As a Master Tech for the last 13 years, Darron’s expertise here at AJ’s is constantly used on our Larger Fleet trucks. From early on in the Army National Guard, he has been working on the Heavy Wheel Vehicles.

As a Veteran and a family man, Darron brings a strong sense of integrity and perfection to the work place.
